Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

Eligibility and Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on rgg77, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age;
• You are a natural person and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Philippine law;
• You are physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of playing, or are a Philippine citizen accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by rgg77, PAGCOR, or any other gaming regulatory authority;
• You do not hold an existing rgg77 account, whether active, suspended, or previously closed;
• You are not prohibited by any applicable law from participating in online gaming activities;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or nominee for any third party;
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and truthful.

By submitting a registration form on rgg77.cam, you make a legal declaration that all of the above eligibility conditions are satisfied. rgg77 reserves the right to require verification of any eligibility condition at any time, including at the point of withdrawal request. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

Account Management

Each Player is entitled to register and maintain exactly one (1) rgg77 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein, without prior notice or recourse.

Players are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of their rgg77 login credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication codes;
• All activity conducted through their rgg77 account, whether or not such activity was authorised by the Player;
• Keeping their registered contact information — including email address and Philippine mobile number — current and accurate;

rgg77 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials. In the event of suspected account compromise, rgg77 may — at its sole discretion — temporarily suspend account access pending investigation and security verification.

rgg77 reserves the right to perform periodic account reviews, including requesting updated identity documentation, as part of its ongoing PAGCOR compliance and anti-money laundering obligations. Players who fail to respond to such requests within a reasonable timeframe may have their withdrawal functionality suspended until compliance is achieved.

Deposits and Payments

rgg77 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following approved payment methods: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. rgg77 does not impose deposit fees; however, individual payment providers may apply their own transaction charges, for which rgg77 bears no responsibility.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account held in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Deposits made by credit instruments (credit cards, credit-linked products) may be declined at rgg77's discretion in accordance with responsible gaming obligations.
• rgg77 reserves the right to request evidence of ownership of the payment method used for any deposit, as part of its anti-money laundering compliance programme.
• Deposits credited to an rgg77 account are available for immediate wagering but are subject to the platform's withdrawal and KYC requirements before being remitted back to the Player.
• rgg77 does not provide credit facilities. All wagering must be funded from a positive account balance.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money rgg77 account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. There is no stated maximum withdrawal limit for fully verified accounts, though large withdrawals may be subject to additional documentation under PAGCOR's anti-money laundering requirements.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal request is processed. Withdrawals submitted prior to KYC completion will be held in a pending state until verification is finalised.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the Player's own name. rgg77 does not process third-party withdrawals under any circumstances.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 30 minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Withdrawal requests submitted after 10pm PHT may be processed the following morning.

Bonuses and Promotions

rgg77 offers promotional bonuses to Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published for individual promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to a Player's bonus balance sub-account, which is accounted for separately from the real-money balance. The specific wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports bonuses), and expiry period applicable to each bonus are stated at the point of bonus acceptance.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• rgg77 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time before it has been credited to an account. Once credited, bonus terms are fixed as stated at the time of credit.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or credited to a third party.
• Suspected abuse of bonus offers — including through coordinated wagering, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of promotion mechanics — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds that exceed any stated maximum win cap will be reduced to the cap amount at the time of wagering requirement completion. Maximum win caps, where applicable, are stated in individual promotion terms.

Gameplay and Fair Use

All games available on the rgg77 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The RNG systems underpinning rgg77's slot games, table games, and other RNG-based titles are tested and certified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games represent the theoretical long-run average return and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including disconnection, software error, or hardware failure — rgg77's system records shall be the definitive record of game outcome. • Live dealer game rules are governed by the specific house rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between the game interface rules and these Terms, the game interface rules prevail for that specific game title.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rgg77 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of pending withdrawals, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to PAGCOR and/or Philippine law enforcement where applicable:

• Employing automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools for gameplay, bonus harvesting, or account management purposes;
• Colluding with other players for the purpose of achieving an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or technical vulnerabilities in the rgg77 platform for personal gain. Any Player who discovers a technical vulnerability is obligated to report it to rgg77 support immediately;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, interferes with, or negatively affects the rgg77 platform or the experience of other players.

Responsible Gaming

Privacy and Data

Players consent to rgg77 sharing their personal data with PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement authorities, and other regulatory bodies where required by Applicable Law, including for the purposes of anti-money laundering compliance and fraud prevention. This consent cannot be withdrawn without closing the Player's rgg77 account.

rgg77 will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer Players' personal data to third-party commercial entities for marketing purposes without express consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Applicable Law, rgg77's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with their use of the rgg77 platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by that Player to their rgg77 account in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

rgg77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill, arising from a Player's use of or inability to use the rgg77 platform, even if rgg77 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

rgg77 does not warrant that the platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, Philippine network infrastructure issues, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability for which rgg77 accepts no liability.

Termination and Account Closure

Closure by the Player: A Player may request the closure of their rgg77 account at any time by contacting the rgg77 support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a closure request, rgg77 will process any pending withdrawal of the Player's real-money balance (subject to KYC verification and these Terms) and close the account within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements at the time of closure will be forfeited.

Closure or Suspension by rgg77: rgg77 may suspend or permanently close a Player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Material breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Provision of false or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so;
• Engagement in any Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity;
• A court order, regulatory direction from PAGCOR, or other legal obligation requiring account closure or fund freezing;
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used by a person other than the registered account holder.

Where rgg77 closes an account due to a Player's breach of these Terms, rgg77 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach involving fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity, the balance may be forfeited and remitted to relevant authorities.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and rgg77, the Player is encouraged to first contact rgg77's support team to seek resolution. rgg77 operates a formal internal complaints process: complaints submitted via live chat or email will receive a written response within 5 business days. If the complaint is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through the internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR using PAGCOR's formal player complaint procedure.

Any unresolved dispute that cannot be settled through PAGCOR's regulatory process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
